Since her thrust into the limelight, Tyla has won big on the international stage. She has fast become one of the most booked artists.

Her big wins have undoubtedly been rewarded with several awards, including the Grammy Award for Best African Music Performance.

Tyla won the golden gramophone for Best African Music Performance—an all-new category—at the 2024 Grammys for “Water.”

The South African starlet came ahead of ASAKE & Olamide (Amapiano), Burna Boy (City BoysMiracle), Davido Featuring Musa Keys (UNAVAILABLE), and Ayra Starr (Rush).

Tyla extended her global domination in July, winning two awards out of four nominations at her BET Awards debut.
