Norma Gigaba’s attorneys have documented pressing papers at the High Court in Pretoria requesting that the court announce her capture and indictment unlawful, illegal and invalid.
Gigaba is dealing with indictments of pernicious harm to property and crimen injuria following her capture by the Hawks in July after her better half, previous bureau serve Malusi Gigaba, opened a body of evidence against her.
