“So this dress is a size 38… I have not felt the
crack on my back for a long time now. , I have not felt the pain that
weighs on my ankles and knees in a while now so I am a step closer to
being a healthier version of myself… and that’s all I seek and PRAY

She further explained her weight loss: "1st frame
is where the decision to change my life started,when I realized my
anckles,knees and back cannot carry my weight anymore and I went in to @az_surgeons @dr_e_asante @baneld_shaun @dr_m_t_zimba to consult.and they suggested a gastric balloon to assist me with shedding weight while seeing a dietitian @dietsense_team @annamart.fourie and implementing exercise in my whole program. AND I DID ALL OF THAT"
