Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Previous retail experience is advantageous but not compulsory
  • Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • South African citizenship or valid work permit

Role Responsibility:

  • Be an ambassador for the Totalsports brand, providing an exceptional customer experience at all times
  • Exceed customer expectations by identifying their needs and offering the best available solutions
  • Achieve and surpass store and personal sales targets consistently
  • Keep track of performance against daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Remain up to date with latest product ranges, promotions, and sportswear trends
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with regular stock replenishment
  • Support the store team in ensuring operational readiness, cleanliness, and compliance
  • Actively seek opportunities to drive additional sales through upselling and cross-selling
  • Follow all store processes and policies as part of a compliant and efficient team
