The grief stricken actress, Zenande Mfenyane has reflected on fondly memories about the late star.

His famous co workers and cast have taken to social media to reel about his death as today it was his memorial service.

Taking to Twitter, Zenande, who was very shattered by the news of his death, she paid a tribute to him as she detailed how did she meet the Fergusons.

She shared that she met the Fergusons in 2013 at the end of year function.

The first time I met the power couple that is Mam’Connie & Mr Sho was in 2013 at an end of year function, I sat on the same table as them, and I thought to myself, they don’t know me yet, but one day I will work with them

She said that when the auditions for Igazi came about, Shona immediately scooped her because her already knew her body of work.

“As I’m filling in my audition form, Mr Sho appears and says, ‘We know who you are, no need to fill that in’. This was me as he led me into the audition room, a whole Mr Sho and Ma’Connie know me,” she wrote.

She said that later on she was called and offered a role at The Queen.

“I will always love and cherish everything this couple power have done for me. I can’t imagine the one without the other. That is why my heart shatters when I think of Mam Connie.”

I’m not sure how it’s going to be not seeing Mr Sho coming on set to check on how we’re doing, always making sure that we are fine and taken care of, he came on set to cheer Mam’Connie on, but he also came to cheer us on and push us to be better. Such a caring and loving boss.
