As a Sales Assistant, you will serve as a direct representative of Studio-88’s dynamic brand. Your core responsibility will be to support the store in achieving sales goals, maintaining top-notch customer experiences, and keeping the store environment clean, organized, and visually appealing. You will also contribute to daily operations such as stock control, point-of-sale transactions, and merchandising.

Tasks

Assist customers by providing knowledgeable and friendly service
Guide customers in selecting apparel, footwear, and fashion accessories
Process sales transactions using POS systems
Replenish merchandise and restock shelves
Maintain store cleanliness and professional appearance
Fold and organize clothing items to display standards
Participate in promotional events and in-store campaigns
Suggest alternative or complementary products to increase sales
Monitor stock levels and assist in stock counts and spot checks
Support visual merchandising and store layout adjustments
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally

Qualifications

Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate or equivalent

Experience

1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing retail sales role
Previous employment in clothing or footwear retail stores is an added advantage
Experience in hitting or exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with retail operations such as inventory management and merchandising
Hands-on experience in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems
Proven history of supporting team performance and store presentation
