Siya Kolisi Spreads Christmas Cheer at a Local Shelter
Springbok captain Siya Kolisi is making headlines against the backdrop of his recent Instagram post.
The Bok star joined a host of celebrities who recently celebrated Christmas, but his celebrations have since thrust him into the top trends.

He celebrated Christmas at The Saartjie Baartman Centre, which houses women and children. His visit was part of an initiative by the Kolisi Foundation.
Siya Kolisi had the opportunity to share several gifts with the children at the centre and seemingly received one from his visit.
He was spotted with a stuffed giraffe in one of the now-viral photos. He also used the picture-sharing app to thank the sponsors for the gifts.
The Springbok star shared, “A heartfelt thank you to @toysrus_za for making this possible. Because of your support, we were able to bring joy to every child today with a special gift.”
However, Siya Kolisi also shared some of the priceless moments of his Christmas celebrations on Instagram.

He captained the now-viral photos, “This morning, I had the privilege of surprising the incredible kids at the @thesaartjiebaartmancentre with Christmas gifts.”
Siya Kolisi’s photos and videos have gained thousands of comments and reactions.
The centre commented against Siya Kolisi’s photos, “You are the champion of our hearts. The way that you use your incredible gift to bring joy to the vulnerable is a testament to your light.
“Thank you, Siya; these children will NEVER forget the day that Siya Kolisi cared enough to visit on Christmas Day. You rock!”
Undoubtedly, The Siya Kolisi Foundation has been winning big in recent years.
Siya and Rachel Kolisi founded the foundation to change the stories of inequality in South Africa and see thriving communities.
MAKING HEADLINES
After all, the visit comes barely a few days after he shared photos in his home province, living it up in his hometown, Gqeberha.
The two-time Rugby World Cup winner had the opportunity to rub shoulders with residents and fans from his hometown.
Siya Kolisi also visited some of his favourite spots in town, including a popular local butcher in Gqeberha, where he had a meal with old friends.
He also shared photos with his childhood friends Tamsanqa Ncwana and Kuhle Sonkosi. Surprisingly, Sonkosi once starred for the Eastern Province Kings.
