As part of its growth strategy, SASSA is seeking two qualified individuals to join its Free State regional offices as Grants Administrators (Level 05).
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification in the relevant field at NQF Level 6 as recognized by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA)
- Computer literacy is essential
- Added Advantage:
- A valid driver’s license
- Prior administrative or clerical experience
Role Responsibility
As a Grants Administrator, the successful candidates will be expected to:
- Deliver efficient customer care services
- Screen and capture grant applications
- Handle beneficiary maintenance functions
- Administer medical booking and assessments
- Provide off-site grant application services to clients
- Manage scanning and batching of grant files
This role is vital in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of SASSA’s grant administration process, ensuring timely and effective service delivery to beneficiaries.
