Rachel Kolisi and Daughter Keziah’s Sweet Workout Throwback
Rachel Kolisi shared throwback photos of taking her daughter to workout sessions since she was five months old.
Rachel Kolisi, the wife of Springboks captain Siya Kolisi, revealed that she has been taking her daughter to workout with her since she was five months old, in an Instagram post on Friday 20 September.
RACHEL KOLISI ON BRINGING DAUGHTER TO WORKOUT SESSIONS
Siya Kolisi’s wife, Rachel revealed that she had been taking their seven-year-old daughters along with her for workouts since she was just five months old. The Springboks captain and Rachel have two children together – Nicholas (10) and Keziah (7).
Rachel went on to share adorable throwback photos of Keziah at workout sessions with her when she was a baby. Take a look…
“Kez has been coming with me to workout since she was 5 months old 🥹❤️. We did a workout at @fitfreak_training this morning! School holidays is always an interesting juggle,” she wrote.

This comes after Rachel revealed that Keziah got braids done for the first time.
THE KOLISI’S MOVE BACK TO SOUTH AFRICA
This comes after Rachel had packed up their lives in Paris, and moved back to South Africa. The family of four is returning to South Africa, after spending a year in Paris. This was because Siya joined Paris-based rugby team Racing92. However, the Springboks captain is now rejoining Durban-based rugby team, The Sharks.
Siya expressed that his family missed South Africa.
“My family and I have enjoyed a wonderful year abroad that has given us cherished memories. We have missed South Africa though and it is time to come home. I would like to thank Racing 92 for accommodating my request to return home and for the exciting opportunity they gave me to play abroad,” he said in a statement.
“It is a great club steeped in tradition with an impressive group of players, who I can now call brothers for life,” he continued.
