R Kelly has been assaulted by another prisoner in jail, his lawyer has guaranteed.
The artist was purportedly assaulted on Wednesday (26 August) at Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago, where he is anticipating preliminary subsequent to arguing not blameworthy to many state and government s.e.x wrongdoing charges.
Kelly’s lawyer Steve Greenberg made the cases on Twitter as he requested that the “Start” artist be delivered from prison in front of his preliminary, which is booked to start in New York in September.
“We got clashing reports regarding the degree of [Kelly’s] wounds,” Greenberg composed. “We have not been given any data from the prison, nor has Mr Kelly called. We are confident that he was not truly harmed.
The legislature can’t guarantee his wellbeing, and they can’t allow him his day in court. We ought not detain individuals uncertainly in light of the fact that we can’t give them fair treatment!
