What is the PSG Graduate Programme?
The PSG Graduate Programme is a structured 12-month development initiative designed for talented university graduates. It aims to fast-track their careers in areas such as Wealth Management, Asset Management, Insurance, and Finance. PSG, a leading independent financial services group, is known for nurturing top talent and investing in future leaders.
Participants are assigned mentors, provided with continuous professional training, and exposed to real-world business challenges and client interactions. This immersive experience builds both technical and interpersonal skills.
