President to Address the Nation, Heres what he may say

While it’s only been a short while since President Cyril Ramaphosa last addressed the nation. It feels like it’s been ages. However in that time, tensions have risen and a race war seems like it will likely occur. So here’s what President Cyril Ramaphosa needs to say in his coming Address.

Another Truth and Reconciliation commission

The first thing he needs to do is calm the tensions, The ultimate goal is to have all races live together in harmony, So our President Needs to create a plan that will make this happen. Something similar to the truth and reconciliation commission. Where the crimes of apartheid was dealt with. A modern truth and reconciliation commission will help the families of victims find peace and punish the killers. As the President, Cyril Ramaphosa has to lead us through this. There are also other things he has to do, those are down below.

The Covid 19 Situation :

The Covid 19 situation is not being properly dealt with, it seems as if it’s being pushed to the side as the Country focuses on the rising tensions between races and the earlier looting and protesting. The Covid 19 situation has to be brought back to the front and needs to be address as a serious issue. Countries like India, which ignored the situation for some time, has had to deal with serious consequences for their actions and it’s seems like we will have too also do the same.

Deja Vu :

I don’t know it many of you remember, as you may not have been alive at the time, But after Chris Hanis assassination, South Africa was on the brink of a Civil war. At the time, Nelson Madela stepped forward and addressed the nation, even though her was not yet president. He was able to stop a Civil war between black and white people, From that moment on, he was regarded as the president of South Africa. Today we are facing the same situation, but whether president Cyril Ramaphosa will step up or not, is yet to be seen.
