Pcee Opens Up About Feeling Overlooked Despite His Success
Amapiano sensation Pcee has expressed his ambitions and frustrations about the entertainment industry in a vulnerable post.
Pcee, whose real name is Khulekani Nxumalo, revealed the emotional toll of his journey.
“A lot of people say I’ve made it in life, but I haven’t even done 1% of this world. My goal is to win a Grammy award, a BET Award [and] be a multimillionaire in dollars. Have 40 albums out, which must be the most selling in the whole world. Fill up stadiums with only my name and be part of the richest people in the world,” he wrote.
“If God can answer my daily prayers, so one day if I die my name lives forever … And just to realise that I’m stating the second level to be one of the greatest in the world, the challenges are super mad. It breaks my heart every single day, for real. Then you find these f***ing SA n*ggers that don’t want to see you bigger than them. It’s so sad because they always work overtime to put you down while time is moving for all of us. I’m really not OK.”
Pcee also took to his Instagram stories, writing: “I just feel so underrated.”
