NOT AGAIN! Another Bad News Pertaining COVID-19

COVID-19 has been one of the world’s biggest challenges since 2019. People died and some are still dying from it and as means to stop the virus from causing more harm than it has already done, COVID-19 Vaccines are rolling out globally.

Unfortunately, while people are getting Vaccinated, new variants are coming out and the vaccines are unable to protect people from it.

One stubborn variant is the Delta variant which killed a lot of people in India and has now spread to some countries as well.

Speaking about the covid-19 vaccine protection against the new Delta variant, Dr. Anthony Fauci said, “The virus has changed. We went from a virus that was formidable but didn’t transmit as well as the virus we are dealing with today… the situation is understandably a bit complicated.”

According to Dr. Fauci, the virus has changed, and that is very bad news since people are being vaccinated with a vaccine that cannot protect them from the new variant.

This is because vaccines were prepared before the new variant and even after the new variant was detected, less is known about it, so no vaccines can be prepared against it for now.

As a result, more people will get infected and die from covid-19 even after getting vaccinated. Some people had already shared on social media stories of those they know who died from covid-19 after getting vaccinated.

The minister of transport, Mr. Fikile Mbalula also shared on Twitter that it is true that people do die from covid-19 even after getting vaccinated for the virus.
