They will even promise you things that they know they can’t do and have never done it before but come the day when one of your family members is deceased, you will see their true colors.

A widow went on public complaining how the Diale Burial service misconducted her husband’s grave.

” After the burial, I was told that my husband’s grave will be marked, but that didn’t happen,” Mpho explained

The 58-year-old woman says when she went to track down the process, she found them working on a different grave.

” They insisted that it was the correct grave and I shouldn’t worry about anything, i believed them because i thought I was still confused during the burial,” she said

The tombstone Worthing R61 000 was placed.

However, she even said after the unveiling service, she received a call from one of the cemetery ministers telling her that the tombstone of her husband was placed onto the wrong grave.

“That was when I contacted the Diale funeral service to make sure they come and fix their error,” furiously speaking

The meeting was conducted and it was agreed that the employees were the ones who made a mistake.

” The company manager promised that he will pay for the damage and he will make sure that everything is corrected, he said he would pay for the new tombstone and pay almost everything to make it up to the family,” Mpho said

The burial CEO has clarified that he has paid for everything to be corrected but the widow says she will not allow the Diale to put another tombstone on her husband’s grave.
