Motus Aftermarket Parts is offering an exciting 12-month Learnership Programme for unemployed South African youth who have a passion for the automotive parts and retail industry. The programme is designed to equip participants with both theoretical and hands-on experience in wholesale and retail operations.

This opportunity is part of Motus’ commitment to youth development and skills enhancement in South Africa. Successful learners will be placed in operational branches (mainly in Gauteng) and, upon completion, will be awarded a Level 4 National Certificate in Wholesale & Retail Operations—a recognized qualification that opens doors to various retail and logistics career paths.

Learners will be exposed to a variety of roles within the operational environment, including:

• Warehouse Duties
  • Picking and binning of automotive parts
  • Packaging of stock for dispatch
• Sales and Retail
  • Customer interaction and product assistance
  • Understanding of retail processes and merchandising
• Administrative Functions
  • Inventory and stock control recordkeeping
  • Filing and documentation

To be eligible for this learnership, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• A Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
• A Diploma qualification (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Certified copy of Matric certificate (not older than 3 months)

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for youth who:

• Are currently unemployed
• Have no previous work experience
• Are between 18 and 25 years of age
• Have a clear criminal record
• Can submit:
  • A detailed and updated CV
  • A certified copy of their South African ID (not older than 3 months)
