Metro FM’s Kandis responds to umjolo rumours!

SHE is vocal about being single and has embraced it well.

People think that’s because she is lesbian.

Metro FM presenter Candice Coulsen, better known as Kandis Kardashian, has opened about the misconceptions she faces as a single woman.

She revealed that when women are content and single, others often assume they must be lesbians.

The 30-year-old from Tshwane said she wants to clarify that while some people mistakenly believe she isn’t attracted to men, she is and that being single and happy doesn’t define her sexuality.

“I’ve had so many people come up to me and ask if I’m lesbian, hate men or even sleep with women. I just think to myself if it’s because they don’t see me with a man or that I talk very low of men, I never have something good to say about them, but that doesn’t mean I don’t like them or I’m not sexually attracted to them.”

She said that she wanted to set the record straight.

“Guys don’t be running with rumours in these streets. I’m very much attracted to men. I’m a straight female.”

Candice said she is happily single and not looking.

“I’m definitely not looking, God, no. There is nothing a man can do that I can’t do for myself. I mean, if they want to pay my rent, they can come.”

She told Daily Sun that she is doing well mentally.

“I’m genuinely very in tune with my mental health. I feel like if you keep that strong, everything aligns, so I don’t play about my mental health. I take my leave and go on holiday when I can to make sure that I’m fine because if my head is not in the right space, then what am I going to do to the world? Absolutely nothing.”
