Hard times: Deborah Fraser was using a wheelchair to walk before she died

It has been reported that the legendary Gospel singer Dr. Deborah Fraser has passed away. She passed away today in the middle of the day. She was suffering from diabetes and she was using a wheelchair to walk during her last days.
