“God Saved Me”: Woman Opens Up About Sleeping With a Black Mamba for Wealth

A South African woman recently shared her unsettling story of engaging in a dark ritual involving a black mamba snake in her quest for wealth. The video, which originally trended on YouTube, has amassed over half a million views, sparking shock and intense discussions among South Africans.

### The Quest for Wealth and the High Cost of Rituals
In South Africa, stories of individuals resorting to rituals for wealth are not uncommon. The rise of traditional healers, like Gogo Maweni, brought these practices to mainstream attention. Among such stories is that of Reabetswe Moloto, a medical practitioner and content creator, who recounted her desperate attempt to secure wealth by sleeping with a black mamba in 2020.

Moloto shared that her decision was influenced by envy and peer pressure. She was captivated by a university peer’s luxurious lifestyle, complete with the latest gadgets and high-end fashion. Moloto said, “She had the latest iPhone and she was just a pretty lady.” However, she soon learned the steep and terrifying price of achieving such a lifestyle.

A Traumatic Experience
The ritual involved sleeping next to the venomous black mamba, known as one of the deadliest snakes in the world. Moloto admitted that while she achieved material wealth temporarily, the emotional and physical toll was immense. “I had the money, but I did not enjoy it. It came with a lot of suffering,” she revealed.

Realizing the dark path she was on, Moloto left the city and sought healing in her rural village. Her journey to recovery involved consultations with traditional healers and ultimately finding solace and deliverance through her faith. “God rescued me,” she said, attributing her salvation to her spiritual transformation.

### The Danger of Black Mambas
The black mamba is notorious for its lethality and aggressive nature when provoked. This snake is responsible for numerous human fatalities and is considered one of the fastest and most dangerous reptiles globally. The association of such a creature with rituals adds a chilling layer to Moloto’s story.

### Social Media Reactions
South Africans reacted with a mix of shock, disbelief, and empathy to Moloto’s story, which she shared on TikTok. Comments poured in from people expressing gratitude for her deliverance and cautioning others against such practices.
– @Nolwandle wrote: “Wow, you’ve been through it. Praises to the Most High for your deliverance.”
– @Asanda M commented: “I’d rather stay poor.”

Others acknowledged the prevalence of such rituals, with one user remarking, “I’m not even surprised because such things really happen.”

### Conclusion
Moloto’s experience serves as a cautionary tale about the lengths people might go to in pursuit of wealth and the heavy consequences that follow. Her story highlights the importance of resilience, faith, and seeking healthier paths to success.

This harrowing account is a reminder to stay grounded and avoid choices that could lead to physical, emotional, and spiritual harm.
