Gabisile Baby Cele returns to Uzalo

Actress Baby Cele is making a shocking return to Uzalo.

– She is known for playing Gabisile on the SABC1 telenovela

– Baby was last seen in February on Uzalo when she was strangled by her husband Qhabanga (Siyabonga Shibe), who dumped her in the river and left her to die after she confessed of killing his, son Khehla (Thobani Nzuza) and wife, Nomcebo (Nombulelo Mhlongo).

Qhabanga told people that Gabisile committed suicide by jumping into the river, but her body was never found.

According to the insiders, she will start appearing next month.

“The producers put Gabisile’s return under the carpet. The aim is to surprise viewers since Gabisile is one of the much celebrated characters on Uzalo. Gabisile is not dead. She will not appear as a ghost,” said the insider.

One of the actors said that Uzalo could also bring back other actors, but that will all going to be revealed when the time is right.

Uzalo spokeswoman Nomfundo Zondi said that Gabisile will try to explain to the people of KwaMashu how she was saved from the river.

“The story is that she floated down and she was was found by kids who helped her get out of the river. Let’s let Gabisile tell the whole story of how she was saved,” said Nomfundo.
