“Feather Award Spotlight: Tshedi Mholo and Bongani Nchang’s Malaika Dispute Recognized”

Malaika group member Tshedi Mholo fighting with singer Bongani Nchang over their legacy has earned them a Feather Award.

The 16th edition of the awards, themed “Borderless Existence,” took place at 1 Fox in Johannesburg on Thursday evening.

The dispute between the two stars spans more than 13 years, with the parties locked in a battle over Malaika’s legacy.

Bongani had remained silent until their sit-down on Podcast & Chill, which saw Tshedi asking him to stop operating under their group name since the original members, the late Jabulani Ndaba and herself, were not involved in his new musical ventures.
