Emtee Voices His Frustrations: A Year After Signing, What Has Changed?

Emtee took to social media to vent about his disappointing experience with his management team.

A year ago, the rapper announced he acquired the services of a manager for the first time, but it has not made a difference in his life, Emtee says.

“I’ve been signed to an empire for about 365 days now. I can’t remember one thing that has been done for me by them. I organise my own shows, people steal from me so they laugh and say, ‘he lost it all’, nah, you stole from me,” he wrote.

Emtee said his fans have been awaiting his new album but the rapper feels stifled by his management.

He reflected on his time with his former record label Ambitiouz Entertainment.

“Back to the actual story. The night before meeting the CEO, which was 365 days ago. My supporters, family, friends and colleagues have been asking me about this album. This has to be the worst moment in my life. I can’t post anything without being asked by millions of supporters about the album. Ambitiouz was hell but they didn’t keep me waiting for a year to even give a f*ck about me.”
