Introduction
Employment & Labour X250 Lap UIF Skills Programme The Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF), under the Department of Employment and Labour, has partnered with Kaylord to implement a dynamic Labour Activation Programme (LAP) targeting 250 unemployed individuals. Job Description

  • New Venture Creation
  • Scooter Driving
  • Systems Support (ITC)

Participants will be trained by accredited facilitators and receive a monthly stipend of R2000 to support them during the training period. The goal is to improve employability and enable beneficiaries to either gain employment or pursue self-employment after the programme.

The training sessions will take place at the Musina Nancefield Community Hall. Interested candidates must attend a compulsory work-seeker recruitment session on the designated date.

Requirements
To be eligible for this skills development programme, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • South African citizen
  • Between 18 and 45 years old
  • Educational qualification between Grade 9 to Grade 12
  • Previous UIF contributor (registered on UIF database)
  • Currently unemployed
  • Residing in or around Musina Nancefield area

All candidates must bring the following documents to the work-seeker session:

  • Certified copy of ID
