The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development (DOJCD) is seeking to strengthen its service delivery by hiring 27 Administration Clerks across South Africa. These positions are vital in ensuring efficient operations within magistrate’s offices and supporting access to justice for all citizens. What the DOJCD Administration Clerk Posts Offer
Successful candidates will enjoy the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to South Africa’s justice system. These posts come with a competitive salary ranging from R228 321 to R268 950 per annum, and include the requirement to sign a performance agreement. Posts are spread across multiple magistrate’s offices in the Free State, Northern Cape, and North West provinces, offering nationwide accessibility for qualified candidates.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification
Skills and Attributes:
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of document management and filing systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Render general clerical support services
- Provide assistance in supply chain and procurement
- Assist with personnel administration duties
- Support financial and logistical administration
- Perform a variety of day-to-day office administrative tasks
