Cyan Boujee Shares Her Journey of Purchasing a Home and Car at Just 23
Controversial South African DJ and influencer Cyan Boujee has reached a milestone in her life. She bought her first house at the tender age of 23.
This was one of her key goals for 2024, and she proudly ticked it off her wish list.
In an interview with the publication, Cyan, whose real name is Honour Zuma, shared her ambitions for 2024 and the hard work she put in to turn them into reality.
“One of my biggest goals this year was getting a house. I also wanted a bigger car, specifically for gigs. I managed to achieve both but kept it quiet because you know how public attention can be,” she said.
Beyond her two physical achievements, Cyan said she has two other things she wants to achieve.
“I trust myself. I believe that even if I don’t hit these goals this year, it’s a guaranteed win for next year. The key is to believe in yourself and focus on what you need to achieve.”
Despite her fame, Cyan maintains strong family values. Raised by parents who are pastors, she spoke about the balance between her public and private life.
“My parents have always supported me, even though there were boundaries due to their faith. They’ve been my rock, along with my siblings, who are my number one fans and supporters,” she said.
Cyan’s growth journey continues, as she’s also working on expanding her brand. She plans to launch a business that changes with the seasons, offering a variety of products.
She’s also open to doing reality TV show, until the right deal comes along.
“I won’t settle for any reality show. I know my worth, and want a deal that only benefits me,” she said.
October is a pretty busy month for Cyan. Most of her upcoming events are centred around mental health awareness.
She said she was impressed with people who had been able to overcome personal battles.
“Getting out of tough situations is not easy, and those who manage to push through deserve recognition.”
