Famous South African musician Kabelo Mabalane is currently under a dark cloud. This comes after the sad passing of his loved one. The renowned kwaito and hip hop artist has since taken to his social media accounts to share the tragic news of his uncle’s passing.

In his recent post on social media, Kabelo Mabalane has since went to pen a heartfelt tribute to this late uncle. Mabalane would go to make it known that his uncle was a selfless leader and also a detainee at the Robben Island prison.

Kabelo Mabalane in his post would further go to make it known that his uncle was among the freedom fighters who fought for the country during the apartheid era. He would further go to share some of the best qualities that his late uncle had and also shared that he also hope he inherits some.

Kabelo would further go to make it known that his late uncle served as a parliamentian in the first democratic South Africa and also as the President of the South African Students Movements which was responsible for the 1976 uprisings.

Social media users have since taken their time to share their condolences to the popular musician during this tough time in his life with the aim that he finds comfort.
