- South African citizen by birth
- Between the ages of 18 and 34 years old
- Completed Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 or equivalent
- Currently unemployed and available to commit to a full-time 12-month programme
- No previous formal work experience required
- Basic computer literacy and a foundational understanding of IT concepts
- Clear criminal record and credit history
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and within teams
Role Responsibility:
As a learnership candidate, your responsibilities will include engaging actively in both academic and workplace-based learning environments. The goal is to ensure each participant develops core technical skills along with the professional conduct expected in the workplace.
Key responsibilities include:
- Fully committing to Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:00) full-time learning
- Participating in campus-based training, workshops, and technical labs
