Call Centre Agents – FlySafair, Bonaero Park, Johannesburg FlySafair, a leading name in South Africa’s aviation industry, is currently seeking skilled Call Centre Agents to join their dynamic Sales & Distribution team at the Head Office located in Bonaero Park, Johannesburg. This is a permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers and passengers.
  • Provide support with issues such as flight delays and cancellations.
  • Guide customers through processes and offer assistance as needed.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standard of professionalism.
  • Work collaboratively within a team and adapt to shift-based schedules.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • 1 to 4 years of proven experience in a Call Centre environment.
  • Relevant travel or customer service qualification will be advantageous.
  • Fluent in English – verbal, written, and reading proficiency.
  • Competent computer literacy and data-capturing skills.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer engagement abilities.
  • Must have no criminal or credit record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Access to reliable transport is beneficial.

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Calm and composed under pressure with effective conflict resolution skills.
  • Trustworthy with the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work beyond standard office hours when required.

Work Shifts:

  • 07:00 – 16:00
  • 08:00 – 17:00
  • 09:00 – 18:00
  • 10:00 – 19:00.
    Note: All shifts may include weekends and public holidays.
