ANC vs EFF- Which Party Builds Beautiful RDP’s? See The Pictures

RDPs, or Rental Development Programs, are residences that have been built by the state and that are afterwards given away to families who have low incomes. People who are eligible for government subsidies typically own the homes they live in rather than leasing them out to tenants. To be qualified for a house under the RDP, it is necessary for you to satisfy the prerequisites established by the National Housing Subsidy Scheme. On the other hand, there are also RSP who are not directly affiliated with the government. They are given free of charge. It could be carried out by a private individual, an organization, or a company.

When the EFF celebrates its birthday each year, the organization makes it a point to give away a house to one of the many people who are currently residing in deplorable conditions. In my perspective, EFF is not only building to pass the time; rather, they ensure both the quality and the elegance of their products. EFF is constructing much more elegant homes than ANC is, in part because ANC’s RDPs lack a clear plan and are dated in design.
