AKA and Tibz’ murderers are yet to be brought to justice

AKA and Tibz suspected killers are to return to court in November as the case has been postponed for further investigation.

The rapper, whose real name is Kiernan Forbes, and his friend Tabelo Mostoane were gunned down in front of a restaurant in Durban on the 10th of February 2023.

The five men – Lindokuhle Thabani Mkhwanazi, Lindani Zenzele Ndimande, Siyanda Eddie Myeza, Mziwethemba Harvey Gwabeni, and Lindokuhle Lindo Ndimande who are the suspected murderers appeared in Durban Magistrates Court.

State prosecutor Lawrence Gcaba told the court that there are new developments in the extradition process of the Ndimande brothers who are detained in eSwatini.

Magistrate Vincent Hlatshwayo allowed the state’s plea to postpone the matter to 29 November to finalise investigation.
