Adorable Photos: DJ Zinhle’s Daughter Enjoys Rare KZN Snow Day
Popular Mzansi DJ, businesswoman, and reality television star, Ntombezinhle Jiyane, popularly known as DJ Zinhle, shared photos of her daughter Asante playing in the snow in KwaZulu-Natal on Saturday 21 September.
Asante Mohosana, the daughter of DJ Zinhle and Murdah Bongz, shared an adorable album post of photos of the three-year-old playing in snow. In a rare occurence, KwaZulu-Natal was blessed with snow over the past weekend.
It seems DJ Zinhle took Asante to her hometown of Dannhauser in KwaZulu-Natal, where she got to experience snow. DJ Zinhle noted that she missed her daughter Kairo Forbes and “husband” Murdah Bongz. Take a look…

DJ Zinhle has a nine-year-old daughter named Kairo Forbes with slain rapper Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, popularly known as AKA. The rapper was shot dead on10 February while standing outside Wish Restaurant on Florida Road, Durban. Durban police confirmed the death of the rapper on the scene.
The pair were rumoured to be romantically linked from 2012 but only made their relationship public in 2014. Zinhle reportedly accused AKA of cheating on her with media personality Bonang Matheba in 2015 and called it quits. In July 2015, AKA and Zinhle welcomed Kairo Forbes.
In 2020, DJ Zinhle was rumoured to be dating musician Murdah Bongz. A year later, the pair welcomed their first child together, Asante. However, this is both DJ Zinhle and Murdah’s second child. Murdah also has a child from a previous relationship with Lerato Matsoso.
Asante turned three in last month.
