• Deliver the highest standard of customer service by assisting every customer professionally and courteously.
• Process sales transactions using various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and checks.
• Support product handling and ticketing, ensuring accurate matching of paperwork and received stock.
• Assist in the movement of merchandise from stockroom to sales floor when required.
• Contribute to store displays and visual merchandising by following store management guidelines.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently while following company procedures.
• Use effective selling techniques such as upselling and product knowledge sharing to meet sales goals.
• Welcome and engage with customers upon entry, serving as a Greeter during high-traffic hours.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization to uphold adidas standards.
• Ensure the safekeeping of store assets and merchandise.

• A Matric certificate or equivalent is required.
• Strong passion for retail, fashion, and customer service.
• Clear, engaging, and friendly communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to use personal initiative.
• Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Confidence to style customers and provide fashion advice.

• 0 – 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior fashion retail experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced retail settings.
• Enthusiastic attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
