Three weeks into the new school year, the impact of Covid-19 continues to be felt, particularly within the poorer communities. Seasoned actor Vuyo Ngcukana has been eager to do something about it and has joined forces with Standard Bank to help in building a brighter future for subsequent generation of leaders in South Africa. Vuyo Ngcukana The partnership aims at providing pupils with much-needed school amenities that a lot of deem granted. Ngcukana began the initiative with a recent visit to Ennerdale grade school, where he donated stationery packs for the young school pupils. Vuyo Ngcukana The campaign aims to help 100 Ennerdale grade school pupils with new school shoes, also as other necessities. Commenting on the project, Ngcukana said: “I have a passion and an interest in infancy development. “Education is one thing that i do know can change a person’s life permanently – the sooner that happens, the higher the probabilities we’ve at giving our youngsters a bright future. Vuyo Ngcukana Ngcukana added: “I picked Ennerdale Primary because I once lived therein neighbourhood and that i have a nephew who attends the varsity and that i have seen a number of the challenges the youngsters and fogeys face. “I know what it’s wish to struggle for things that you simply got to just get on equal footing with other children, to be at an obstacle such a lot that you simply fall behind due to what you’re lacking.
