Kefilwe Mabote now have to pay the newspaper’s lawyers for the cost of them defending the newspaper
Famous Social Media influencer Kefilwe Mabote has lost her R1 million legal dispute agaisnt Sunday World.
In the event that that was insufficient, the court excused Kefilwe’s case with costs, which means she would need to cover the opposite side’s legitimate charges.
At the time she had expressed this as her explanation behind the claim: “The Sunday World Newspaper dated 11 October 2020 distributed an article on me marking me a “Kill Queen” on a “room roll” consequently putting my image in unsavoriness.”
“I have chosen to end the quiet and make a lawful move. As this is presently a legitimate issue, I ask that we regard the lawful cycle and will not be directing any meetings on the issue until it has been settled. Much obliged to you.”
Well Tweeps said something regarding her misfortune.

In her official assertion, Kefilwe felt that the article was misdirecting and depicted her in a manner that doesn’t mirror her actual character.
Normally, I’m never one for encounter, paying little heed to my online media presence and impact as an individual of note. Nonetheless, the article was misdirecting, injurious, and slanderous and intimating that I am a ‘kill sovereign’ who is probably on a ‘room move’ of rich men, especially Edwin Sodi.
Kefilwe said that she and her accomplice Edwin are cheerfully enamored yet don’t work together.
Edwin and I are in an upbeat, sound and private relationship and don’t have any business affiliations with each other.

#KefilweMabote1Million case struck off roll with costs.
Side note: She spent years travelling the world “slaying” (her words, not mine), so since women refer to themselves as “queens”, it’s not unreasonable referring to her as a slay queen. Am I wrong? #LegalTwitter? pic.twitter.com/cnMkcxP63o
